How do you stage 31 events, in 31 cities, on the same evening, at the EXACT same moment…in 4 different time zones? After dynamic proposal negotiations, Walt Disney World Attractions challenged EventCo to produce events in 31 cities nationwide!

EventCo’s solution: satellite up-links in each city and a live simulcast for over 3000 guests from MGM Studios Orlando, producing all events simultaneously at 8pm EST at each location (New York, Boston, Los Angeles, Cleveland, St. Louis, and Pittsburgh and 25 others). Approximately 300 guests in each of the 31 cities enjoyed dazzling décor and lighting installations, ‘star’ treatment, delectable tasting and libations, and an exquisitely produced national campaign launch. An incredible and rewarding challenge in logistics, interstate shipping and airline schedules!
