Honda America wanted to thank their employees by hosting their first annual appreciation gala which EventCo designed to unite 6000 guests for a memorable celebration. As red-coated doormen ushered attendees into the facility, celebrity big-heads, strolling entertainment and animal acts greeted the partygoers. The facility had been transformed over 2 ½ days into a Vegas nightclub setting. Through the use of 1,385 theatrical lighting fixtures, 40’ tubulars, 15’ champagne glasses and giant 8' playing cards, visitors knew they were in for the night of their lives. The air was filled with vibrant music flowing from four different concert stages, which showcased five different bands to please everyone’s musical taste. When a band was not on stage, silent dancing, juggling and magic were performed to everyone’s delight. Chariot was added for those adventurous souls.

To keep the crowd moving, each stage had a different theme. A Las Vegas atmosphere was created by having two separate casinos with a jazzy, big band feel. A sports theme was developed with a grass roots ambiance in mind and came complete with billiards, foos-ball and other games. The main stage was the focus of the celebration and through three video projection systems and gaint screens, making it easy for the guests to be part of all the action.

Following the lavish dinner and dessert buffets, the main stage came alive with confetti cannons, pyrotechnics, and dynamic 40’ tall inflatable figures, as these components introduced the ‘Music Queen’ and DanceTrance party sensation! Lavishly costumed dancers and entertainers including nymphs, chameleons, and exotic animals initiated the interactive dance party that brought the crowd to their feet to boogie the night away. What a way to celebrate the end of a remarkable year and to thank employees for their dedication!
