EventCo Produces With only a few months to plan, EventCo dubbed this
their biggest MTV My Super
Sweet 16 ever. The EventCo team had many expectations to meet for Lacey and her parents!
We rocked this party like no My Super Sweet 16 has ever been
rocked. To start the celebration, Lacey invited 30 of her closest friends to her home for a VIP pool party to let them know they would be receiving ‘star’ treatment at her My Super Sweet 16 Party! What better way to deliver the VIP keys to their invitation treasure chests, than by dropping them from a helicopter to land pool-side.read more |
Ohio Governor’s Sometimes clients may go in different directions before
coming to EventCo. And this Gala was one of those times!
After working through the development and planning of the
incoming State of Ohio’s Governor’s Inaugural Ball, the client
and their selected planning and design team determined that they
were going in the wrong direction. And then EventCo was
called into the Governor’s offices…. just 6 DAYS before the huge
event!! With only six mere days to regroup, relight, redesign, recreate and professionally produce this massive gala, our work was cut out for us with not a second to waste! read more |

MTV's "My Super Sweet 16" MTV’s "My Super Sweet 16" Columbus, Ohio- EventCo Productions - months of planning finally
came full circle to celebrate Makahla’s Sweet 16,
complete with cowboys, horses and country music
sensation Jessica Andrews. Makahla made her grand entrance on horseback while her 12 VIPs were showcased on a traditional hay wagon pulled by a brand new John Deere tractor. City! Dining By Design is an opportunity for New York’s top designers to bring over-the-top table top designs to one location and raise money for DIFFA (Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS) to benefit AIDS research and awareness. The 3-day launch of the 11th annual National Tour, held at Skylight, began with Table Hop and Taste on the first day and Cocktails by Design on day 2. The final evening contained a Gala Dinner in which many celebrities and New York socialites came to see the elaborately designed tables followed by an elegant seated dinner. 
As part of their 26th Annual Western Illinois University Foundation Major Donor Banquet, EventCo helped create a Carnival atmosphere to go with this year’s theme, “An Evening in Rio .”
